Q - What do you mean by subscription tiers and dynamic pricing?
A - I want to reward my long-term subscribers with the best pricing so I use a multiple-tier pricing structure:
- Tier 1 - Five subscribers pay $50/month for unlimited sessions - SOLD OUT
- Tier 2 - Five Subscribers will pay $60/month for unlimited sessions
- Tier 3 - Five Subscribers will pay $70/month for unlimited sessions
- Tier 4 - Five Subscribers will pay $80/month for unlimited sessions
- Tier 5 - Five Subscribers will pay $90/month for unlimited sessions
- Tier 6 - Unlimited Subscribers will pay $100/month for unlimited sessions
Remember, there are no contracts or commitments but as an example, using the case of a Tier 1 subscriber. If this subscriber doesn’t renew the monthly subscription, the most senior person in Tier 2 takes the Tier 1 spot and gets a lower price. If the former Tier 1 subscriber comes back, they are added into the next open Tier. Beautiful set of golden handcuffs huh?
Q - Are the subscription classes group sessions?
A - Yes, subscription classes are group sessions. I use Zoom and will pin/spotlight myself to the screen but you will still be able to be seen by others in the class if your camera is on. Those boxes are tiny so don't worry about having to put on a fashion show. But if you are rocking a super stylish Pilates outfit please let me know so I can get a screenshot and share it on the 'gram.
Q - Are the classes recorded?
A - Do I look like Jane Fonda? No.
Q - What if I have to cancel a class?
A - No worries. You are on a subscription. It would be wonderful if you let me know in advance, but there are no penalties.
Q - What if you have to cancel a class?
A - There are going to be cases where I have to not offer or cancel classes, this is the technicality of having a full-time job that requires infrequent travel. If I miss a lot of classes, I'll make it right. If it is a one-off cancelation, well you are still getting a screaming deal with my pricing system.
Q - Are you going to jack up the prices when you become a superstar?
A - I reserve all rights to update the schedule and pricing at any time. Remember, my commitment policy is very liberal so you don't have to worry about price trickery.
